It's Time For The 32nd Annual St. Thomas More Fund Run!!
WHAT IS THE FUND RUN?
- For this event students collect monetary donation to complete laps around an outdoor track.
- There are large and small prizes to be won along the way!
- Large prizes are raffled off at the end of the Fund Run and will be displayed in the school hallway after event kick-off. For every $5.00 raised, a student will receive a ticket to put toward the large prize of their choice.
- Students must raise a minimum of $100 in donations to receive a t-shirt prior to the event (students with siblings attending STM must raise $50 each to earn a t-shirt after the first $100 is collectively raised by the family). Each Monday during Fund Run season is Fun Run t-shirt day! If your student earns his/her shirt during the week he/she can wear it the following Monday.
- Each class has an overall "Team" goal based on their class size and age. If a class meets their team goal, they receive a class prize.
- If the school meets the overall goal we give our Principal, Mr. Banks, (and our teachers??) a challenge to complete!
- STM's Fund Run goal for 2017 is $35,000!!
- Let's hit the ground RUNNING and start off this school year with a BANG!
