Second Grade Class Project: "Our Father"
Second grade is a pivotal year for our students as they receive two sacraments. . . Confirmation and First Eucharist.  This special year is commemorated with a stunning cross and finished off with the Our Father prayer beautifully written by the children.  Last year this class' project was taken home by the winner of the golden ticket.  Don't miss out two years in a row. . . bid now and take home this gorgeous piece of art!

A Dinner Runs Through It: Principal’s Progressive Dinner

Seventh Grade Class Project: "The Joy of Painting"
It's finally their turn!  In true Saint Thomas More tradition, the seventh graders have worked together to recreate a beautiful Paul Cezanne painting with their own paintbrushes.  This year's painting is a bright blue vase with colorful flowers spilling out of the top.  Don't miss out on taking home this masterpiece!  Bid now!

Bull Durheim: Back to the Ranch with Mrs. Durheim
Here's a chance for your child and two friends to escape the city and head to the country for a day of outdoor activity and fresh air.  Your child will arrive at the Four Mound Prairie Bison Ranch around 9:30 am on a school day.  No detention slips here though because this is an excused day off from Mr. Banks.  At the ranch, your child and his/her two friends will get to choose horseback riding and/or hiking for their main activity.  There will be a delicious lunch and plenty of chances for fun as the day unfolds.  No class schedule here--just relaxing and exploring in the magnificent outdoors.  This event will take place before the 2016 Washington, DC trip or before the fall Camp Wooten Outdoor Experience, and is available for students in grade four and up.  Bid on this package for your child to have the opportunity for adventure and learning outside the classroom.

Quiz Show
Have you ever wondered if you are smarter than your kid's teacher?  Now is your chance to prove it!  Saint Thomas More is hosting its first annual Trivia Night this spring.  Five teams will compete by answering questions in a variety of categories to see who wins the big prize!  Each team is anchored by two Saint Thomas More teachers. . . so there is room for four more adults on each team!  Bid now and start reviewing your kid's homework. This fun night will include food, drinks and a great opportunity to get to know some of the very smart people teaching our students!!  Date to be announced.

Preschool Class Project: "Perks of Being a Sunflower"
Small four-year-old hands make the bright yellow petals of a sunflower on this precious piece of art.  The teachers filled in the sunflower seeds while the tiny hands of our preschool three-year-old class make a delicate green stem and leaves.   Bid now and take home this beautiful painting to hang on your wall!
